Laura Rutishauser

Laura wrote her Master’s thesis in Management, Technology and, Economics at SusTec between 2019 and 2020. In her thesis, she assessed the possibility of extending and using current state-of-the-art models used for optimal multi-energy systems (MES) designs to identify the optimal types and levels of policy support for specific MES technologies.
Laura holds a B.Sc. degree in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich. Before joining SuStec, Laura gained first working experience as a consultant intern at Conplio Consulting GmbH and as a banking intern at UBS AG. She is interested in sustainability and entrepreneurship and co-founded a startup called Zircel, a tool to create conversational applications. With Zircel, she is currently developing an environmental CO2 comparison tool.
