Circular transformation involves fundamental changes in your company. It requires a clear vision, a management team driving circular innovation, embedding circularity within the organization and culture, as well as new capabilities.
Part 2: Transforming value chains together – How can we build multi-stakeholder collaboration?
Successful collaborations require a clear alignment between the players. It is essential to develop a common set of goals and knowledge base as well as disclose and address necessary trade-offs.
Part 3: Disruptive transformation by start-ups – How can innovative start-ups drive industry transformation and how can incumbents support them?
Start-ups play a central role in the transformation of established industries. They introduce new approaches, enable collaborations, create independent platforms, provide knowledge, and fill gaps in circular value creation.
