SusTec welcomes Mohamed Wade as new MSc Student

Mohamed joins Sustec in November 2020 to conduct his thesis on Corpoate Sustainability through the lenses of the UN SDGs.

In his thesis, Mohamed focuses on how to integrate sustainability into Oerlikon’s innovation process and product portfolio activities, through the lenses of the UN SDGs.

Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from EPFL where he specialized in Energy and Information Technologies. Before joining SusTec, Mohamed has gained professional experience while working as an intern at Oerlikon Group. He was involved in R&D projects, strategy and business development activities. Before starting his Master’s degree in Management, Technology, and Economics at ETH Zurich, he also gained experience in photovoltaics at the Swiss Center of Electronics and Microengineering, where he worked on the Hiperion project in collaboration with Insolight.
